1. About these Terms

2. Request process and limitations

Any quotations, estimates, timelines, or availability shown or discussed on the Website or via contact forms are non-binding unless expressly stated as a final offer. We may require clarification of requirements before we can confirm scope, schedule, and total price.

If you submit a request (e.g., to request a quote or booking), it is a request to start discussions. A binding agreement is concluded only on the basis of the final confirmation and the agreed commercial terms. We do not guarantee availability of dates or delivery schedules shown during early discussions.
